Q: How do I access the videos on-demand?
All sessions are being recorded and will be available for on-demand viewing within the hours following the session completion. Visit the Attendee Service Center and use your Username & Password to access. The Attendee Service Center is under the Registration tab.

Q: How do I access my VTA CEU certificate?
Beginning on August 28th, visit the Attendee Service Center using your Username & Password to access. Navigate down to the tab titled: Certificates. The VTA CEU certificates are available only to those who attended the live session. We are not able to provide a certificate to individuals who view the video once it is on-demand. Please download your certificate by September 30th, 2020.
Q: SYSTEMS TEST- How do I ensure my computer or device is ready?
IMPORTANT TIPS TO OPTIMIZE YOUR HOME INTERNET (Keep these tips for future reference, client zoom calls, etc)
GIVE YOUR WI-FI ROUTER SPACE TO BREATHE
Put it in “free space”– not in a TV stand or behind the couch; check and tighten all connections
MAXIMIZE THE CONNECTION
Go wired from your router to your laptop; if you have to use wifi, try and use 5GHz; wifi works best 5ft–8ft from the router; close out other apps and email on your laptop
GIVE YOUR OTHER DEVICES A REST
Turn off other internet devices around the house; streaming services; tablets and phones; video game systems and smart TVs
Q: When/Where is ASTA Global Live taking place?
Given the importance of the health and well-being of our members, partners and staff, we have decided to transition ASTA Global Convention 2020 to be a virtual online experience. “ASTA Global Live” will take place on August 25-28, 2020. Please note ASTA Small Business Network Days will be held on August 27th and 28th. To learn more, please visit here!

Q: I'm not too familiar with the technology needed to enjoy a virtual experience. What can I do?
We encourage you to still register! ASTA staff will be fully trained and available to walk you through the process to ensure an enjoyable experience. We also plan to host training sessions for our attendees, so you feel prepared to enjoy the full benefits of our virtual program.
Q: Will there be networking?
Yes!, You will have the chance to connect with colleagues and peers, suppliers, and key travel industry influencers throughout the week lots of opportunities to win prizes, prizes and more prizes!
Q: I'd like to receive the content from ASTA Global Live, but I won't be able to attend "live" during August 25-28. What can I do?
We encourage you to register still! Our content will be available for on-demand after the August 25-28 for those registered.
Q: How do I sign up for sessions for ASTA Global Live?
You can sign up for sessions for ASTA Global Live through the Attendee Service Center. Click Registration Updates, Edit, and then press Continue to walk through the form. This will lead you to the My Agenda page where you can select which sessions you are interested in attending. Click here to watch a helpful video that explains the steps in-depth. Q: How do I make changes to the sessions that I signed up for?
You can make changes to the sessions that you signed up for by following the same steps listed in the above question. You have the ability to change the sessions that you signed up for at any time!
Q: Where can I find my login information for the Attendee Service Center?
You can find your login information for the Attendee Service Center in your confirmation email that was sent to you when you registered for ASTA Global Live. If you are having trouble remembering your password, you can press 'Forgot Password' on the Attendee Service Center login page and you will be sent an email with steps on how to create a new password. If you cannot locate your confirmation email, please email email@example.com.
Q: How do I download the ASTA Global Live Mobile App?
You can download the ASTA Global Live Mobile App by searching 'ASTA' or 'American Society of Travel Agents' in the Apple AppStore or through Google Play. Look for our blue ASTA logo.
Q: How do I receive my UberEats giftcard for the Learning Luncheons?
If you were one of the first attendees to sign up for any of our Learning Luncheons, you will be contacted during the days leading up to ASTA Global Live letting you know that you are an eligible attendee. In order to receive the UberEats gift card, you must attend the session in full. Once it is confirmed that you attended the session, you will be sent the UberEats giftcard.
Q: How do I sign into the Mobile App?
You can sign into the Mobile App by clicking the My Planner button at the bottom of your phone screen. You will need to enter the same username and password that you use to sign into the Attendee Service Center.
Q: What time zone are the 1:1 appointments scheduled in?
All of the times listed in the 1:1 appointment scheduler are in Eastern Standard Time.
Q: Where will ASTA Global Convention 2021 take place?
Our 2021 in-person event will take place at the Hyatt Regency Chicago in Chicago, IL from August 22-25!
